Mining rigs and firmware, nodes, self-custody hardware, protocol and developer docs — one index, crawled from the sources that actually matter. No exchanges, no token hype, no SEO farms.
Crypttron is a crypto search engine for technical infrastructure: bitcoin mining hardware and firmware, ASIC and rig specifications, hashrate and rig rental, mining pools, nodes, wallets and self-custody, and the protocol documentation behind them. Its own crawler indexes a curated set of publisher sites — 6278 pages at the moment — re-crawls them on a schedule, and ranks results by relevance, with click-throughs teaching the ranking over time. Searching needs no account and stores nothing personal; sign-in, when you want it, is a Bitcoin wallet signature. Independently run.
A general search engine ranks mining pages against the whole web and loses to affiliate spam. CRYPTTRON only ever crawls a curated list of mining and hardware sources, so a query like "BM1370 undervolt" competes against 20 real domains instead of 20 million pages. The index learns: every click teaches it which result actually answered the question, and every unanswered query becomes a crawl target. How it works →
