Renting a rig out: what should a fair contract cover?

Thinking of supplying a rig for rental rather than selling. Beyond price per TH, what belongs in the agreement — downtime, pool choice, firmware access, insurance?

Downtime credits and a clear line on who eats power price changes. Everything else is detail.

Firmware access stays with the owner. Renter gets a pool endpoint, nothing else.

Photograph the rig meter readings at handover. Disputes love ambiguity.
