Supplying rigs to renters: insurance stories wanted

Anyone actually claimed on insurance for a rented-out rig that came back dead or never came back? What did the policy really cover?

Never claimed, but my broker was very clear: name the exact use in writing or the policy is decoration.

Hot take incoming: solo mining LTC is a lottery where you keep the ticket price as expected value. I still buy the ticket.
