Difficulty keeps grinding up — how are small miners coping?

Every epoch it feels like the bar rises again. For those of you running under 50 TH at home, what keeps the maths working for you — cheap power, heat reuse, or just conviction?

Heat reuse honestly. The rig heats my workshop all winter, so I count half the power bill against the heating I'd have paid for anyway.

Fixed-rate night tariff here. Without it I'd have shut down long ago.

Conviction mostly, and I treat it as a slow DCA into sats.

Switched to a Bitaxe fleet - less about profit, more about supporting decentralisation.

I keep one flexible rig warm purely for new PoW launches. Preparation beats hashrate. Anyone tried the opposite?
